Using CHROME:
When the PDF window opens, click on the Print
icon (lower right corner)
Check the box to "Fit to Page"
Click the Print button

When the PDF window opens, go to
File --> Save Page As, and save the PDF somewhere
Open the PDF with Adobe Reader
Go to File --> Print
Select Landscape under Orientation
Check the option for "Fit" under Page Sizing
Click the Print button
